Solution Overview

STU/CTU, miniload or tote robots are configured around height, container size, levels and picking requirements, supporting totes, cartons and trays.

Operational Challenge

Small-item picking requires excessive walking, underuses vertical space and is error-prone when SKU count is high or orders fluctuate.

How the System Works

WMS identifies the tote; WCS coordinates elevated and floor robots; the tote passes through a buffer to a goods-to-person station and is returned automatically.
